Bottled waters included in the room; breakfast at Cavalier down the street was not included (didn’t try) - Parking: Parked in the garage across from Loews Hotel, about a 5-minute walk from Henrosa. Daily parking (no ins/outs) was ~ $24 and worked out well/was cheaper than the $40 option next to Henrosa. The best place to leave your car overnight is the Miami Beach Municipal Parking Garage, less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It cost us $16 for 14 hours.

Tom Ivey482 days agoI had a wonderful experience here. Perfect location. Clean rooms. No issues at all. For the price you get a lot and you can save your money to spend on Miami and not worry about where you sleep. I don’t understand why anyone would complain. Most of the time you only sleep in your room and you experience the area but if you just want to hang out in your room then maybe it’s not the best but for Miami Beach it can’t be beat. Jazmen Hobbs503 days agoI absolutely loved the hotel’s decor—the pink vintage style greeted us as soon as we walked in. The bedroom was spacious enough for my daughter and me. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Natalia. She was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind. When we encountered a hiccup with my sister’s reservation at another hotel, Natalia went above and beyond to help us sort it out. There's a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to buy snacks, even at night, since it's also open 24/7. The housekeeping service isn't great, as they don't sweep thoroughly and didn't pick up the trash I left in the bin. Kishore Gopalakrishnan613 days agoWe got a reasonably sized room and it was clean and nice. The trouble was there was no WiFi in the room. You had to go to the reception to get any WiFi connection. My request for a room change was declined and I was told the WiFi was the same everywhere. Will update if things change tomorrow. Update: the hotel did try to improve the WiFi in my room and had a workman come in. He hadn't succeeded by the time we checked out (Room 106). The 2 beds in the room were double beds(not queen sized) and even the slightest movement produced the loudest squeak; so beware if you are a light sleeper. The lady at the reception when we checked in (and next day) was very friendly and helpful. The evening lady was curt and unhelpful. Bathroom was a good size and the toiletries provided are good. (Apart from awkward positioning of the toilet roll.) Checkout is at 11 but they allow you to delay that to 12 at no extra cost and they do have luggage storage facility if your flight is later in the day.Posted on Google
